In Mississippi that’s Hancock, Harrison, Jackson, and Pearl River counties, including Bay St. Louis, Diamondhead, Waveland, Pass Christian, Long Beach, Gulfport, Biloxi, Ocean Springs, and Picayune.
Are you licensed in both Louisiana and Mississippi?
Yes. I hold active real estate licenses in Louisiana and Mississippi, so I can list your home on one side of the state line and write your offer on the other. Cross-state moves are one of the most common things I handle, and you never get passed off to a stranger halfway through.
Do you work both the Northshore and the Southshore?
I do, every week. Mandeville is home, so the Northshore is where I live, but I grew up in Jefferson Parish on the Southshore, so I know every street and subdivision by heart. Plenty of my clients are moving between the two, and I handle both ends of that move.
Do you cover Bedico Creek Preserve?
Yes, and here’s a detail that trips people up. Bedico Creek Preserve is a subdivision in Madisonville, in St. Tammany Parish. The community of Bedico is a separate place, in Tangipahoa Parish. Two different addresses, two different markets, same name. I work both, and I’ll make sure you’re looking at the right one.
Do you handle waterfront and second homes on the Mississippi Gulf Coast?
That’s a big part of my Mississippi business. Bay St. Louis, Diamondhead, Waveland, Pass Christian, Long Beach, Gulfport, Biloxi, and Ocean Springs are all markets I work regularly for buyers looking for waterfront property, a weekend place, or a full relocation from the New Orleans area.
